UK Delivery
  • £1.99 by 48 Royal Mail Tracked (2-5 Days).
  • £4.99 by 24 Royal Mail Tracked (1-3 Days). 
  • All orders are shipped from the UK.
  • Typically we ship on the next business day.
  • Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be emailed to you.
International Delivery
  • Worldwide shipping will be coming to the store soon.
  • All international orders are shipped from the UK so please allow time and possible import tax duty depending on the destination country, which the purchaser will be responsible for.

  • Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop & Klarna are all accepted.

Cancelations / Return

  • Any need to cancel or return an order just email with the order number so it can stop before dispatch or if already delivered this can be returned for a full refund within 14 days as usual.
  • We follow the full UK Consumer Rights for "Goods" sold online so for any issues with a product or return requests please first email our team at  hello@he-fe.com and we'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
  • Refunds upon confirmation will be issued to original purchaser by the original payment method.
